Thank you for your further interest in enrolling your child at Marymount Primary School. There are a number of options available to you in regards to receiving an Application Form.
You may visit the school personally and collect an Application Pack. Our school address is Marymount Primary School, 261-283 Reedy Creek Road, Burleigh, 4220. Directions to find our school can be found here.
You may write to the school requesting an Application Pack be sent to you. Our mail address is:

You can phone the school on 0755351803 and ask to speak to the Principal's Secretary who will post a pack to you.
The Application Form needs to be completed in conjunction with the following Notes Booklet

Should you wish to apply for a place for your child you will need to complete the Application Form and return it with the following:
A copy of the child's Birth Certificate
A copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate
A copy of the child's most recent School Report (If Applicable)
A non refundable Enrolment Fee of $50.00
NB: Applications cannot be processed until we have received all of this documentation.
